Data in forms

Until sent, the entered data remains in the memory of the open browser tab. You can go back to the form and correct them. Refreshing or closing the page deletes the unsent draft.

After connecting the service, sending a application or message transfers the data to the system serving the appropriate association. The confirmation is only displayed after this service responds. If it is unavailable, the website does not confirm successful sending. Providing data does not publish it on the website.

Voluntary marketing

One optional consent covers emails sent by OSWBI with information and offers from the association and its partners. It is separate from the statement required for the application, is unchecked by default and does not affect membership or fees.

OSWBI remains the sender. This consent does not cover sharing data with partners for their own marketing, telephone calls or text messages. Partner offers require an identified list and communication scope; changing the list does not extend an earlier consent. Marketing consent does not authorise automatic membership payments.

Payments

The transition to Przelewy24 is based on the data received from the payment service. The website does not store complete card details or CVV code. The return from the gate itself does not confirm the payment.

Automatic renewal requires a separate selection and submission of amount and frequency. One-time payment remains available without such consent if the applicable service accepts fees.

Cookies and privacy settings

A necessary cookie stores your privacy choice for 180 days. Optional preferences allow your language to be remembered in browser storage. Without this consent, you can still change the language, but it is not saved for future visits.

Optional analytics and advertising tools require prior consent. Available services and the technologies used are listed in the cookie settings. Withdrawing consent removes the saved language and stops configured optional services.

When Google Analytics 4 is enabled and you consent to analytics, it receives information about visited pages, traffic sources, campaigns and form steps. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, tax identifiers, addresses, message content or payment tokens. Analytics does not enable ad personalisation.

Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_* last for up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent stops measurement and removes these cookies; it does not erase data already processed by Google. Service information: Google Privacy Policy.

Resources and hosting

Photographs, graphics and cookie settings are loaded from this website. The hosting provider may process technical data needed to serve the website under its own terms. Payments in an external gateway are also subject to its operator’s rules.

Information before starting registration

Organization data in this version are marked examples. Before the actual service is launched, information about the administrator, operator, data recipients, grounds and periods of processing, and people's rights will be completed. The current description explains the operation of the website and does not replace complete information from the data controller.
